Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
 
Shipping And Handling Postage is charged at cost or less for most mainland postcodes  . However some areas have a surcharge from our carriers.
 
Delivery Schedule In most cases we send order with our 24 hour courier - 24 hour delivery is based on working days (Mon- Fri)

Returns Policy Returns/Refunds/Cancellation Policy
If you change your mind about buying a Product, you may cancel the purchase or return the item after you place your order at any time until the expiry of thirty days after you receive the Products (the "Cooling-Off Period"). In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our refunds policy set out below. You must return the Product to us in the original packing and in new and unused condition so that we receive it within thirty days after you cancel the contract. All products must be returned in original (new) condition and in original packaging.
If you receive Products which are faulty on arrival or are not what you ordered then we shall, at our option replace or repair any damaged, defective or incorrect products, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify us of the problem in writing at info@jackandbowl.co.uk within 3 working days of delivery of the Products.
To cancel any contract or order, you must inform us in writing by email to info@jackandbowl.co.uk and we will send you instructions on how to return the order. If your order has not shipped yet and we are able to stop the shipment, there will be no charges. If you have received your order, you must return the Product in the same condition in which you received it, and at your own risk. You must return the Product at your own cost unless it is not what you ordered. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to take reasonable care of any Products and do not return them to us in their original condition, we may have a right to seek compensation from you for any loss of, or damage to, the Product, including a partial refund, or no refund.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. The refund will occur after the product has been inspected, as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days of the day we have received your return.

Refunds - All refunds are processed within 24 hours of confirmation, depending on payment providers. refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear back in your bank account -

Refunds for canceled items will carry a processing charge of 2.5% (4.8% if purchased via Klarna) in the case that the item/s have left our warehouse and been dispatched please view our return terms
